Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story: Magia Record announced for smartphones

New iOS and Android game due out in spring 2017.

Aniplex has announced Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story: Magia Record, a new iOS and Android game due out in spring 2017.

The game is developed by f4samurai, the same studio responsible for Hortensia Saga and Ange Vierge. It will tell the story of new magical girls within the world of the hit anime Puella Magi Madoka Magica.

The setting is the developing city of Mihama, where magical girls gather as if they’re drawn to each other. There, a new story will be written by magical girls who possess a strong desire.
